Sara Sears is a Registered Nurse and the founder of Duality Aesthetic Collaboration. Her passion for aesthetics began long before she ever became an injector. After spending years navigating her own struggles with acne, early expression lines, and learning how much confidence can influence the way we feel day to day, she developed a genuine appreciation for treatments that help people look refreshed, confident, and naturally themselves.

As a nurse, Sara was drawn to aesthetic medicine because it combines science, artistry, and meaningful relationships with patients. Her approach is centered around treating the whole person, not simply a single area of concern. Whether discussing skin health, facial balancing, wrinkle relaxers, wellness support, or long-term aging goals, she believes the best outcomes come from understanding each patient’s lifestyle, goals, and unique story. Every treatment plan is thoughtfully tailored to create natural, balanced results that enhance what is already there.

When she’s not in the clinic, Sara is usually spending time with her husband, Rob, and their kids, Anacapri and Maverick. Their favorite place to escape is Orondo, where you’ll often find them on the water wake surfing, soaking up the sunshine, and making family memories. She also loves fitness, personal growth, and helping others feel confident from the inside out -values that continue to shape the experience she strives to create at Duality every day.
